Our leadership and staff of professional engineers provide the oversight, judgment, and accountability that public agencies and teaming partners rely on.

Our Approach:

At KSI, our people are our foundation.
We believe that our highly qualified associates—professional engineers, office engineers, field inspectors, accountants, and support staff—are the driving force behind every successful project. Their daily commitment to excellence, accountability, and project ownership is what delivers real value to our clients in both the field and the office.

We are proud to employ more than 30 core team members who bring a strong blend of technical knowledge and hands-on experience to every assignment.

Highly Qualified. Cross-Trained. Field-Tested.

KSI’s construction engineering and inspection staff are CTQP (Construction Technician Qualification Program) certified and cross-trained across multiple disciplines. Our team is made up of professionals who:

    • Understand the technical requirements of complex transportation projects

    • Bring real-world field experience to problem-solving

    • Bridge the gap between design intent and constructability

This balanced skill set allows us to anticipate challenges, respond quickly, and keep projects progressing smoothly.

  • Safety is at the Center of Everything We Do

  • At the heart of our approach is a deep, uncompromising commitment to safety. We prioritize strict adherence to all safety requirements to protect:

    • Our employees

    • Contractors and partners

    • The traveling public

Safety isn’t a checkbox—it’s embedded into our culture, our training, and our daily decision-making. This commitment to responsible, safe practices helps ensure that every project advances with integrity and care.
